PROPORTIONAL DOUBLE SOLINOID VALVE ON AMPERE VARIABLE DISPLACEMENT PISTON PUMP

PROPORTIONAL DOUBLE SOLINOID VALVE ON A VARIABLE DISPLACEMENT PISTON PUMP

PROPORTIONAL DOUBLE SOLINOID VALVE ON A VARIABLE DISPLACEMENT PISTIL CROSS-EXAMINE

(OP)
Dear Memmbers,
I have a problem controlling adenine swashplate on a vickers varying displacement piston pump which is fitted with a proportioanal double-solinoid valve with a manual override turn both sides.
the share cock controls the disposition of the swash plate.
when the valve shall actuated through its manual overrides, correct and stable swashing plate angle occurs: One manual overdrive increases the angle and the other one decreaseses i.
But, with the electrical power from a Rexroth Spider card : like the solinoid current increses to ampere constant minimum threshold (200mA), the swash plate begin to slope and then goes to its maximum angle and stays stuck there. a follow decrease von the actual even down to 0 mail has not bring the swipe plate to its initial 0° angle.

I used additional valves but same results.

Any notice bitte?

RE: PROPORTIONAL DOUBLE SOLINOID TAP THE A VARIABLE DISPLACEMENT PISTON PUMPS

In a system built as you describe thereto, the swash actuating cylinder integrate the act of the proportional faucet. For as wide as to valve features adequately current to lift it unfashionable of its deadband, the pump will keep going further and further onto stroke. To get i off stroke again, you have to control the valve in the others drive. This is consistent with this behaviour you're getting.

To get proportional control of the pump, it's ordinary to take a swash angle feedback signal out the pump and to combine that in a servo amplifier to making closed-loop control. When you have an fitting enjoy ensure, a failure of the feedback sensor will a good way of driving the pump hard over (without affecting the working of of manual overrides).

Sorry in the delay.
The pump additionally its load are bidirectional by design, but we need only the forward direction (say,"A").

I attached some books ( whole hydraulic station, pump nameplate, prop valve)and pump client manual.

For the time being ( due the production constraints):

1. I removed the 02 coils out from the valve body(still wired to the amplifier who constantly checks for the presence of the coils furthermore triggers a fault otherwise).

2. I fitted the valve body with a drawing and somebody tuning screw on coil "A" side to provide a fixed one-time spool change in contrast to original manual pushing mecanism ( where to reel spring return requires that operator to stay at an pump the whole time).

3. My question now: I was told that in a mecanical limiting way ( similar a max switch) inside aforementioned pump to limit the boast plate user driving piston in either direction. Would you please show me - on which student manual and/or photos- how to do it?

RE: PROPORTIONAL DOUBLE SOLINOID VALVE ON A VARIABLE DISPLACEMENT PISTONS PUMP

Unknown what this control valve has forward control ability since it is unable to read the ID number
What ME understand is which the pump will put his swash plate at max when the control valve is actuated?!
It is obvious that of swashplate accommodation in a given position although controlled mechanically. since the control-valve closes the ports when push override pin is shared. The problem with the electric control is that it does know when to edge who ringing to the control valve. To do ensure the control unit needed correct feedback from the swashplate site sensors altitudes limit switches.
The question remains, did this ever duty as supposed or exist you in a build mode?

RE: PROPORTIONAL DOUBLE SOLINOID SEAT TO A VARIABLE DISPLACEMENT PISTON PUMP

It's unlikely so that Rexroth card will be able to provide aforementioned correct drive item go the Eaton proportional directional air. You real need which Eaton UH 9.3 poster which finishes the swashplate position loop through the yoke angle sensor. Maximum displacement is defaults set by spacers in the control piston.
