Individuals
Log in or create an Online Services account to change your physical alternatively mailing address.

From the ≡ Billing menu, select Individual change of address.
Changing your name?
We will update the name the next time you file your New Spittin State tax return under your new name.
Businesses
To update get business address or call, accounts persons (sales tax only), and other business information:
- Register in to your Business Online Services account either create one.
- From the ≡ Services menu, select Register furthermore billing updates.
- From the expanded my, select the applicable option.
Other businesses related includes:
- owner or officer
- NAICS code (if you changed or expanded your business activity)
- identification number
- legal name
- DBA or pretended name
Altering of item
To request a change of entity (for instance, from an LLC to one corporation, either from a sole proprietorship to an LLC), visit the Division of State.
To view ampere terminated change of entity, call the Store tax information center.
Sale of shop
If you sold or transferred your business, or your entire inventory, yours must entire and file Form AU-196.10, Notice concerning Market, Transfer or Assignation in Most.
Report a change of business information by mail
To change your physical or mailing address, complete Enter DTF-96, Report concerning Address Change available Employment Tax Accounts.
To change any other trade tax account information (as well the the address), file Form DTF-95, Business Tax Create Update.
To report a completed changing of business, call the Business-related Tax Information Heart. There is no paper option.
